Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, and fulfillment schedules.

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Body Cam On Network is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only update shipping information before the order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Body Cam On Network is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or marked delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and work to help resolve it.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties, or import charges required by their country.

Body Cam On Network is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability or fulfillment method. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
