Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unwashed

• Unused

• In the same condition that you received it

• In the original packaging, if applicable

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Digital products

• Downloadable files

• Custom or personalized items

• Items damaged by the customer

• Worn or washed apparel

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Your name

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

• Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
